From one Queen to another, the Queen Confidence cards have been designed to help you gain or regain your confidence and to support you through those tough moments.

Affirmations are statements that can help you focus your intentions and create a positive attitude. When said aloud, an affirmation can be a powerful tool to help shape and create a winning mindset, therefore growing your self-confidence.

 There are 30 cards per pack divided into 3 categories. Self Love, Self Worth and Self Assured. How you select a card is up to you. You can select a card from a category or shuffle the cards and select a card at random. Alternatively, shuffle the cards and pick a card daily. There is no right or wrong way. Go with what you feel.
